1. Click Add-ons
2. Get add-ons
3. Install the CLOZEit add-on
4. Click Add-ons
5. Select CLOZEit and Start
6. Highlight the words you want to convert into blanks
7. Click "Create worksheet with word bank"

How To Upload Student Grades To Moodle




In this video, I'll show you how to upload students grades from excel to Moodle. STEPS: 1. Go to your gradebook in Moodle and export a copy of your current blank online gradebook as an Excel file. 2. Copy the grades from your original grade sheet in excel and paste it into the blank file that you downloaded from Moodle. 3. Save the file in "csv". 4. Return back to your gradebook on Moodle and click "Import". 5. Map the from and to areas by selecting the students email address. 6. Map the graded activities being uploaded to the fields on Moodle. 7. Click continue and continue again!

2. Log into your Zoom meeting

3. Share your desktop

4. Open your presentation and click present

5. Scroll to the bottom and select (Captions)

6. Select where you want the text to appear and the font size

7. Click the captions icon on the slide presentation

STEPS:

1. Install the Easybib Add-on

2. Click on Add-ons select EasyBib Bibliography Creator

3. Select the reference style

4. Type in the name of the book, journal, or website that you need to include in the bibliography

5. Click search and select the citation

6. Click Add Bibliography to Doc

5. Select Choice Removal
6. Click on Configuration
7. Select the question(s) that you want to apply the choice removal to
8. Toggle the "Remove Choice" switch

2. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the settings wheel

3. Select User Override

5. Select a student from the drop-down menu
6. Modify the quiz time and/or the deadline as needed.

How To Convert a PowerPoint to GoogleDocs





In this video, I 'll show you how to convert a PowerPoint presentation to a Google Docs



STEPS:

1. Remove all images, diagrams, tables, and graphics from your PowerPoint.

2. Ensure that you only have text in your PowerPoint Slides.

3. Click File, Save as, PDF.

4. Drag your new PDF version of your PowerPoint into your Google Drive.

5. Right-click on the uploaded file and select Open with - Google Docs.

How To Closed Caption Google Slide Presentation (Live)







In this video, I 'll show you how to closed caption a Google Slide presentation live.



STEPS:

1. Open your Google Slide presentation

2. Click on Present

3. Scroll to the bottom of the presentation

4. Click the Captions button drop-down arrow

5. Select the position and size of the captions

6. Click Captions

7. Begin speaking. The captions will start appearing.



Note: You need to speak clearly to minimize errors.

How To Cell Values By Color in Google Sheets





In this video, I 'll show you how to calculate the values of cells by color in Google Sheets

STEPS:
1. Open your spreadsheet
2. Install the PowerTools Add-on from the G-Suite Marketplace
3. Click Add-on
4. Select PowerTools - Start
5. Click red-underlined Σ.
6. Select Function by Color
7. Select the Source Range
8. Pick the color using "Pattern cell"
9. Select the type of calculation (Sum, Count, Average, etc...)
10. Click Insert Function
